Ticket settings

The ticket reader uses these to understand your tickets: it matches what you write ("2 tacos biste") to your menu, adds up the total from your prices, and completes the address.

AI reading cost
If tickets start coming out wrong, switch the reader to Opus or thinking to Normal. Fewer examples cost less but learn your handwriting less.
Teaching examples Tickets you corrected. The reader studies the newest 6 before reading each new ticket, so it learns your handwriting. Delete any that are wrong.

Every order placed on your Wix site becomes a DollarRun order automatically, and all online drivers get the alert.

If Wix doesn't say whether it's paid
Set it up in Wix (one time)
  1. In your Wix dashboard, open Automations and click + Create Automation, then start from scratch.
  2. For the trigger, pick the one for a new order, such as Order placed (Wix Stores) or the new-order trigger for Wix Restaurants.
  3. Add the action Send HTTP request. Set the method to POST and paste your private Wix link above.
  4. For the request body, choose Entire payload.
  5. Turn the automation on and place a test order on your site. It should pop up here within seconds.

If orders arrive with missing details, switch the body to Customize structure and add these keys, each mapped to the matching Wix field: customer, customer_phone, dropoff, items_total, delivery_fee, payment_status, order_number, notes.
